Woodland Trails' Cabins
All
our cabins are housekeeping cabins with fully equipped kitchens, including a
nice variety of pots, pans and dishes. We strive to keep our cabins well maintained
and exceptionally clean for your comfort. The lodge cabins (4 and 5) have large
wall AC units to keep you cool. Charcoal grills and a picnic table are also
provided with each cabin. All are no-smoking cabins.
Cabins
1, 2 and 3 are lakefront cabins. Cabins 4 and 5 are a duplex cabin with lake
views and can be rented separately or together. When rented together these cabins
sleep a maximum of 12 people and are very popular with larger family groups.
The cabins are connected via a wrap around deck with access between them through
the patio doors.

Cabins 1-3 share an L-shaped dock. There are
three boat lifts on the dock, with capacities of up to 3600 pounds. The lifts
will accommodate boats up to 96 inches wide. Almost any boat under 19 feet long
will fit on one of the lifts.
Duplex cabins 4 and 5 have a slip available
in our marina. A ShoreStation boat lift is available for each cabin. The lifts
are capable of handling a boat up to 3600 pounds and 96 inches wide.
There is an easy access concrete boat launch
at the resort that is free for all resort guests.

Woodland Trails Rules and Regulations
1. Check-in time is 11:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m.
2. Check-out time is 3 p.m. All dishes must be washed and put away & floors
vacuumed before you leave.
3. To protect your boat when there are high winds (whitecaps on the lake) you
should either trailer your boat overnight or place it on a boat lift.
4. Game room hours are posted on the lodge door. Please follow posted rules
of conduct for game room.
5. We have paddle boats and canoes available for your use on Raspberry Lake.
Please return them to their original positions
after you have finished using them. Canoe paddles are available for check-out
in the lodge.
6. All cabins are no smoking cabins. If
smoking does occur in the cabins a fine may be assessed.
7. We are a family-style resort and have quiet time from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00
a.m. All children under 21 must be at their sites by 10:00 p.m.
8. Don’t feed the raccoons. Make sure your garbage is placed in the appropriate
container with the lid closed. We pick up garbage twice a week, if you need
an extra pick-up just let us know.
9. All fish cleaning is to be done in the fish house. Put fish remains in the
freezer. A garbage can has been provided for cans, plastic etc. by the front
door. Please clean up when you are done, including the walls & floors.
10. Campfires are permitted in fire rings only. No bottles or cans in fire rings.
Do not move fire rings.
11. If you will be having daytime visitors please let us know in advance. All
visitors must register at the
lodge upon arrival. Visitors must leave the resort by 10:00 p.m.
12. Pets are not allowed in any of the cabins.
13. Absolutely no cutting or chopping trees on the resort property. Firewood
is available for purchase at the lodge.
14. Four-wheelers are not allowed anywhere on the resort property. Personal
watercraft are allowed with prior permission. Please ask for details before
arrival.
15. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
16. One picnic table is available per site. If you need a second one ask us
for help.
